The New Federal High Court Complex is a 9-floor development situated on 1B, Bourdillon Road, Ikoyi, Lagos.

The Federal Government of Nigeria, in a bid to accommodate a high volume of caseloads and litigants, sought to build new courtrooms for lawyers and other court users.

It is an expansion to the Old Federal High Court Complex, located on Oyinkan Abayomi Drive, Ikoyi, 500m away from the new development site. The construction began in 2012 and is due for delivery in Q4:2021.

The new development, sited on c. 4,000sqm is upon completion expected to have an estimated built area of c. 15,000sqm and will alleviate the constraints currently being experienced at the 42-year-old Old Federal High Court Complex.

The main contractor of the project is Telisol Limited, whose other notable projects include Yudala Heights, and the Upper Hill Chamber Office Development, Nairobi, Kenya.

Other notable projects in the area include No. 4 Bourdillon and Tango Towers
