Development of Multilevel Car Parking and Office Spaces is a Mixed Use development located in Central Business District, Federal Capital Territory. It is developed by Central Bank of Nigeria and will join other developments in the area including AP Plaza, African Development Bank Head Office and Capital Centrum.

The project team members include Group One Dimension Limited as the Architect and Bulet International (Nig.) Ltd. as the Main Contractor.
